Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a multi-faceted, challenging sport that develops physical strength, flexibility, speed, agility and composure.
Gymnastics is exhilarating and socially interactive.
Gymnastics also teaches children about individual responsibility
and courage. Gymnastics offers children opportunities to learn about setting goals, working diligently to achieve those
goals, and recognizing ones own success as well as the success of others.
Our Recreational Gymnastics Classes are for non-competetive children age 6 and up.
These classes are held in our Recreational Gym, are one hour long, and have a low student to coach ratio
Beginner-G1 for Girls and Boys
These gymnasts will be introduced to basic gymnastics on all
the gymnastics apparatus, including our trampoline.
Intermediate/Advanced-G2 for Girls and Boys
These gymnasts have mastered the basic skills learned in G-1 and are moving on
to more difficult tricks on all events.
See CLASS SCHEDULE for G-1 and G-2 Classes for Girls and Boys
Tumble Force
Tumble Force classes are designed for the athlete that wants to focus completely on their tumbling skills. Students
will learn strength, drills, and skills that all lead up to a back-handspring and then, so much more. There are
different skill levels in these classes, so the instructors focus on meeting the needs of the individual student.
That may mean spotting walkovers and back-handsprings for one child, while another is working on layouts with a full twist.
This class spends all of its time utilizing one of our two spring gymnastics floors, our trampoline, and our 35
long Tumble Track which is an awesome tool for teaching tumbling. It provides great feedback for an athletes
body while learning skills. One of the most important features is that an athlete can perform 30, 40 or more repetitions
without getting tired and they can limit repetitive use injuries that would normally occur if they did the same skill
repetitively on the floor.
This class can be taken alone, or paired with one of our Gymnastics, Cheernastics or Tae Kwon Do classes.
See CLASS SCHEDULE for Tumble Force Classes.
