How does your calendar work? We operate 48 out of 52 weeks throughout the year. We offer twelve - 4 weeks sessions. Depending on when you enroll, we pro-rate your first session to get you on our cycle. From that point on, you are charged for 4 weeks of classes, not a calendar month. Our four scheduled closings are 'extra weeks' that you are not charged for, therefore, we do not offer make-ups for those weeks. We do offer make-up classes for holidays we take during our regular 48 week program. What are your payment options? Payment is due by the 25th of each month for the next 4 week session. Payments received after the 25th of the month are subject to a late fee. For your convenience and to avoid any late fees, we recommend our 'auto pay' program. You can sign up for this program with your Master Card or Visa at the Front Desk. Is there a registration fee? Yes, we have an annual registration that is due in the month you enroll in classes. It is $40.00 per family. What if we miss a class? We offer a make-up class for pre-school & recreational classes as long as you call the absence in to the gym. We do not offer make-ups for training teams or team. Can we pro-rate instead of taking a make-up? No, we offer a make-up class. What do we wear? Girls wear a leotard (with or without shorts) or shorts and a T-shirt. Boys wear shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt. For safety reasons (for both child and coach), we do not allow jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jeans or street pants, belts, zippers, and baggy clothing. Long hair should be pulled back, however, avoid hard barrettes or hair decorations. If there is more than one child, is there a discount? Yes, if there are two children from the same immediate family, there is a 10% discount off of the second child, and if there are three or more from the same immediate family, there is a 20% discount off each additional child. Are there any other discounts? Yes, we offer a 5% discount for paying for three months in advance and a 10% discount for paying for six months in advance. These are non refundable. How much are 2 classes a week? The first class is full price, the second class is $10.00 off, the third class is $15.00 off. How do I withdraw my child from your classes? Simply fill out our Withdrawal Form and return it to the Front Desk no later than the 15th of the month for the following session. We'll need it to close out your account. If you fail to return the form to us, you will continue to be billed, and we have no refund policy.
